A Poem from a Former Resident to our own Lori Lassiter
Just a note today
After yesterday
Lori, Lori, Lori what a lovely, lovely name.
Had it been Mary or Margaret,
the heart would be the same.
I’m glad I met you again yesterday,
yes, I’m so glad you happened my way.
Let’s keep a smile on our faces.
We need to take a smile to lots of places.
I’ll try to help, will you?
I knew you would if I ask you to.
I’m getting quiet now and not saying too much.
Maybe we will feel the “master’s touch”.
Listen, I heard a “little tinkle” smile now, don’t frown.
I think another star was just added to your crown.
